Terms of Use for Clients

1. Introduction

These terms apply if you use Nakked Money as a Client.

2. Your commitments to us as a Client

You warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You will comply with these Terms of Use for Clients and all other applicable terms.

3. Payment Terms

You must pay the relevant Client Payment to view a Contractor's services. Payments are exclusive of VAT.

4. Interacting with Contractors

You agree to interact with Contractors respectfully and not to request or share personal contact information.

5. Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint, you can make a complaint under our Complaints Policy.

Terms of Use for Contractors

1. Introduction

These terms apply if you use Nakked Money as a Contractor.

2. Your commitments to us as a Contractor

You warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You will comply with these Terms of Use for Contractors and all other applicable terms.

3. Payment Terms

You will receive payment for your services from Nakked Money. Payments are exclusive of VAT.

4. Interacting with Clients

You agree to interact with Clients respectfully and not to request or share personal contact information.

5. Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint, you can make a complaint under our Complaints Policy.

Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction

This policy applies when using Nakked Money.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Nakked Money:

• In any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation.
• For unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• To harm minors.
• To transmit unsolicited advertising or promotional material.

3. Content Standards

Content must:

• Be accurate (where they state facts).
• Be genuinely held (where they state opinions).
• Comply with applicable law in the US and any country from which they are posted.

4. Breach of this Policy

We may take action for any breach of this policy, including withdrawal of your right to use our site and removal of any Contribution.

Referral Program Terms

1. Introduction

These terms apply to your participation in the Nakked Money Referral Program.

2. Referring User

A Referring User is a User who participates in the Nakked Money Referral Program.

3. Referred User

A Referred User is a User who is referred by a Referring User and creates a Nakked Money account using the Referring User’s referral code.

4. Referral Payment

A Referral Payment is a payment made to a Referring User for each Referred User who makes a Client Payment on Nakked Money.

5. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Referral Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a Nakked Money account in good standing.

6. Referral Payments

We will make Referral Payments to Referring Users in US Dollars to their Nakked Money account.

Complaints Policy

1. Introduction

This policy applies when using Nakked Money.

2. Making a Complaint

If you have a complaint, you can make a complaint by emailing us at support@nakkedmoney.com.

3. Handling Complaints

We will handle complaints by acknowledging receipt within 2 business days and aim to respond within 10 business days.

Platform to Business Regulation Terms

1. Introduction

These terms apply to your use of Nakked Money.

2. Relationship between Nakked Money and Users

Nakked Money provides a platform for Clients and Contractors to interact. Nakked Money is not a party to any Client/Contractor Transaction and is not responsible for the actions of any User.
